Plans Are Account-Wide
A plan belongs to the account, not the individual. When you invite teammates they inherit your plan — nobody needs their own subscription to join your workspace.
Creating Your Own Account
If you've been invited to someone else's account and want your own workspace, you can create one. You'll then belong to both and can switch between them — useful for agencies and consultants.
Transferring Ownership
Ownership can be transferred to another admin. This moves control of the account; it doesn't automatically move the billing relationship, which stays with whoever's payment method is on file until it's changed.
Multiple Businesses
One account can hold several businesses, each with their own connected platforms, customers and team. Switch between them from the sidebar. Plan limits apply across the account.
Cancelling
Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Deleting your account entirely is available under Settings > Danger zone and is irreversible.
