By accessing and using Dinopix Reviews (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Dinopix Reviews is an online reputation management platform that helps businesses monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages across connected social platforms. Our services include but are not limited to a unified review inbox, AI-powered reply suggestions, sentiment analysis, analytics and reporting, real-time notifications, and multi-location business management.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Only connect social media accounts and pages that you are authorised to manage

4. Intellectual Property and Data Rights

4.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data, customer reviews, and responses that you create, manage, or send through the Platform. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided as a service tool — once you edit and send a reply, it becomes your content.

4.2 Connected Platform Data

Data obtained from connected platforms (such as Facebook, Google, and other review services) remains subject to those platforms' respective terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the terms of any connected platform.

4.3 Platform and Technology Rights

Dinopix retains all rights to:

• The platform software, interface, and technology
• AI models used for sentiment analysis and reply suggestions
• Proprietary analytics algorithms and reporting tools
• Aggregated, anonymised data used for platform improvements

4.4 User-Generated Content

Replies and responses you send through the Platform are published on the respective connected platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google). You are responsible for the content of your replies. Dinopix is not liable for any consequences arising from responses you choose to send, whether AI-suggested or manually composed.

5. Email Communications and Marketing

By providing your email address through our Platform, you consent to receive:

• Service-related notifications and updates
• Marketing communications about our products and services
• Educational content and reputation management tips
• Product announcements and feature updates

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post fraudulent reviews or misleading responses on any connected platform
• Use AI reply features to generate spam or deceptive content
• Attempt to manipulate review scores or sentiment ratings
• Connect accounts or pages you are not authorised to manage
• Use the Platform in ways that violate connected platforms' terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Use the service for any fraudulent or unauthorised purpose

7. Connected Platform Terms

Your use of connected platforms through Dinopix Reviews is also governed by those platforms' terms of service. Dinopix is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms, or availability. If a connected platform suspends or limits your account, Dinopix is not liable for any resulting loss of functionality or data.

8. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform with reasonable notice to users.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dinopix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to actions taken by connected platforms (e.g., account suspensions, API changes, or review removals). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
