Use case

Every Location's Reviews, Under Control.

One view of every branch, and an owner for every review.

With five, twenty or a hundred locations, reviews arrive faster than any one person can read them, and a bad week at one branch can hide inside a healthy average. Dinopix brings every location's reviews into one place, groups them by region or brand, and lets you hand each one to the person who can fix it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are locations counted against my plan?

A listing is one location on one platform, so the same shop on Google and on Facebook is two listings. The plan limit counts active listings, per platform, for platforms that sync automatically. Deactivated listings and listings you added by hand do not count.

How many locations does each plan include?

Starter covers 1 location, Growth up to 5, and Scale includes 25 then adds US$4 (A$5) a month for each extra location. Agency gives every client business unlimited locations, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Should I use groups or separate businesses?

Use groups when your locations share a team, a brand voice and a bill, and you only want to slice the reporting by region, format or sub-brand. Use separate businesses when locations need different permissions, different connected accounts or different auto-reply rules.

My shop shows up twice. Can I combine the listings?

Yes, if they really are the same place, usually one shop on both Google and Facebook. Merging moves the reviews, conversations and connections onto the listing you keep and shows you a preview first. Merging cannot be undone, so check the addresses before you confirm.

Can each location manager see only their own reviews?

You can assign reviews to the manager of each location so they appear in that person's My Work, and a regional manager can watch them. If locations need fully separate access, set them up as separate businesses, each with its own team.
