Trustpilot

Trustpilot Reviews, in the Same Inbox.

Forwarded by email, dated when they were written.

Trustpilot emails new reviews to the people with a login on your account, and keeps its API for its higher plans. So Dinopix works with the emails you already get: a mailbox rule forwards a copy to your business’s Trustpilot address, and each review lands beside your Google and Facebook reviews.

What you get with Trustpilot

Reviews in, replies out, and review requests that Trustpilot sends as verified invitations.

Forward With a Rule

A mailbox rule sends a copy of each Trustpilot email on, and the original stays in your inbox.

Dated When Written

Each review keeps the date the customer wrote it, so forwarding a backlog doesn’t stack it into today.

No Duplicates

Forwarding the same email twice is safe. Dinopix recognises Trustpilot’s own review ID.

The Same Alerts

Trustpilot reviews get sentiment and the same email alerts as every other platform.

AI-Drafted Replies

Draft in your brand voice, Save & Copy, then open the review on Trustpilot to post it.

An Honest Average

Enter your existing rating breakdown once, so reviews from before you connected still count.

Set up a rule once

Copy your business’s Trustpilot address from Dinopix, create a rule in Outlook or a filter in Gmail that forwards Trustpilot’s emails to it, and add the mailbox you forward from as an approved sender.
  • A copy is forwarded, the original stays put
  • Mail from an unknown sender is held, not lost
  • Step-by-step guides for Gmail and Outlook

Reply without leaving your workflow

Trustpilot’s reply API is only on its higher plans, so Dinopix drafts the reply and you post it. Save & Copy, then Reply on Trustpilot opens the review with your text ready to paste.
  • AI suggestions in your brand voice
  • The same flow as ProductReview
  • Your reply is saved against the review

Ask for Trustpilot reviews too

Add your Trustpilot invitation address and review requests routed to Trustpilot become verified Trustpilot invitations. Trustpilot forbids selective invitations, so every customer is asked the same way.
  • Works on Trustpilot’s free plan
  • Counts invitations and stops at your monthly limit
  • Send every request to Trustpilot, or alternate platforms

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does Trustpilot work by forwarding instead of a direct connection?

Trustpilot has no setting for sending notifications to an extra address: its review emails go to the people with a login on your Trustpilot account, and its API is only available on its higher plans. So a mailbox rule forwards a copy of those emails to your business’s Trustpilot address in Dinopix.

Will forwarding take the emails out of my inbox?

Not if you use a rule or filter, which forwards a copy and leaves the original where your team can see it. Avoid account-wide forwarding. Gmail asks you to verify the forwarding address first: its confirmation code arrives in Dinopix under held messages, with the code in the subject line.

Can Dinopix send review invitations through Trustpilot?

Yes. Add your Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service address and review requests routed to Trustpilot go to Trustpilot, which emails your customer a verified invitation. It works on Trustpilot’s free plan, which allows 50 invitations a month, and Dinopix stops at your limit. Every customer is asked, never only the happy ones.

Why does my average differ from my TrustScore?

Enter your existing rating breakdown once so older reviews count. A small difference can remain because Trustpilot’s TrustScore weights recent reviews more heavily, while Dinopix shows a straight average.

Which plans include Trustpilot?

Trustpilot is on the Starter plan and above. Automated review requests, including Trustpilot invitations, are part of the Full CRM automation add-on, bundled on Scale, Agency and Enterprise.
