Review management for GP and specialist practices.
Patients review the wait, the phones and the doctor, often in one sentence. Dinopix drafts replies that respond to the feedback without confirming anyone was a patient, lets you hide public comments that overshare, and gives each review a clear owner in a practice with many people involved.

"Dr Okafor took the time to listen. The wait in reception was over 40 minutes though."
AI draft
Ahpra mode onThank you for taking the time to share this, Hannah. Feedback about waiting times matters to us, and we've passed it on to the team. If you'd like to talk to us, please call the practice and ask for the practice manager.
Privacy-minded replies, and a way to share the work across a busy practice.
With the Ahpra setting on, AI drafts never confirm the reviewer was a patient or repeat anything clinical.
Hide Facebook and Instagram comments that share personal details, without deleting them.
Assign a review to the practice manager or reception, with doctors watching from the side.
Admins, members who reply, and view-only access that does not use a seat.
An email when a review lands at or below the star rating you count as negative.
Google, Facebook and Instagram on every plan, with each practice location as its own listing.

Turn on the Ahpra setting for your practice and AI drafts are written so they never confirm the reviewer was a patient and never repeat a symptom, treatment or result. They thank the person for the parts of their feedback that are not clinical, such as the team or communication, and invite them to call the practice about anything else.
Hide it. A hidden Facebook comment stays visible to its author and their friends, but no one else, and you can unhide it at any time. Then reply publicly asking the person to call the practice, so the conversation moves somewhere private.
Whoever your practice decides. Assign the review to the practice manager or the right team member, and add a doctor as a watcher so they see how it is handled. Assigned reviews show in that person's My Work list with a status of open, in progress or resolved.
No. A seat is anyone who can reply, and view-only access does not use one. Practice managers can be admins, reception staff members who reply, and doctors can read along without replying.
Not when the Ahpra setting is on. Every rating is then drafted and emailed to you for approval, even ratings you set to send automatically, and opening the email never publishes anything. You remain responsible for what your practice publishes.
