Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Trustpilot, ProductReview.com.au, Judge.me and TikTok. TikTok has no star reviews, so Dinopix brings in the comments on your videos. The Free plan covers one Google listing and one Facebook page with its linked Instagram account. Trustpilot, ProductReview, Judge.me and TikTok are included from the Starter plan.
Replies publish directly to Google, Judge.me, and Facebook, Instagram and TikTok comments. A TikTok reply posts under the comment as your account, one reply per comment and up to 1,200 characters, and someone on your team always writes or approves it. Facebook recommendations are answered on Facebook itself. ProductReview has no API for posting replies and Trustpilot only offers one on its higher plans, so for those two Dinopix saves and copies your reply and opens the review on the platform for you to paste and post.
No. Instagram Business accounts linked to your Facebook Pages are found through the Facebook connection, and their comments sync alongside Facebook. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
Judge.me imports your full review history when you connect, and TikTok imports the comments on your recent videos. ProductReview and Trustpilot only bring in reviews from the day you set them up, so you can enter your current rating breakdown and your Dinopix average reflects your real score.
