An admin or editor role on the Facebook Page. Connect once in Settings, under Connected Accounts, and every Page you manage is found, along with any Instagram accounts linked to them. Personal profiles and groups are not supported, only Pages.
Reviews and recommendations, and public comments on your Page posts. Private Messenger conversations go to the Inbox instead, so they never mix with public comments.
Not yet. Private replies need a permission Meta has not approved for Dinopix. In the meantime, reply publicly asking the person to message your Page, and pick the conversation up in your Inbox when they do.
Your history comes across, but replies you wrote on Facebook before connecting do not, so some older items can show as awaiting a reply at first. Replies you post on Facebook after connecting count once they sync back.
No. Facebook access expires after 60 days and Dinopix refreshes it in the background. If a refresh ever fails, you get an email asking you to click Refresh Pages.
