Facebook and Instagram allow replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message.
Private Facebook Messenger conversations for your connected pages, and Instagram direct messages where the Instagram account is linked to one of those pages. Public reviews and comments stay on the Reviews page.
Facebook and Instagram only let a business reply for a limited time after the customer’s last message, normally 24 hours. After that the platform rejects the reply, even though the thread is still visible. This is a platform rule, not a Dinopix one.
Not yet. Replying privately to a commenter needs a messaging permission Meta has not approved for Dinopix. Reply publicly asking the person to message you, and the conversation arrives in your Inbox.
No. In the Inbox a suggested reply is always a draft. It is sent only when someone on your team presses send.
Anyone with a seat. View-only members can read conversations but cannot send. Replies go out from your page, so the customer sees your business rather than the person who wrote it.
