How to See Your Google Reviews
Where to find reviews you wrote and reviews customers left about your business, what you can and cannot see, and why one might be missing.

"How do I see my Google reviews?" means two completely different things depending on who's asking. If you're a customer, you want the reviews you have written. If you're a business owner, you want the reviews customers have left about you. Both are easy once you know where to look, and they're in entirely different places.
Seeing reviews you have written
On a computer
- Go to google.com/maps and make sure you're signed in to the right account.
- Click the menu (☰) in the top left.
- Select Your contributions, then open the Reviews tab.
On the Google Maps app
- Open Google Maps and tap your profile picture in the top right.
- Tap Your contributions.
- Open the Reviews tab.
Every review you've posted is listed here, newest first, with a More (⋮) menu beside each one for editing or deleting it.
Seeing reviews customers left about your business
Business reviews are attached to your Google Business Profile, and you need to be signed in to an account with access to it.
The fastest route
- Sign in to the Google account that manages the business.
- Search Google for your business name, or simply search my business.
- Your Business Profile management panel appears directly in the results.
- Select Reviews to see everything customers have left.
You can also reach it from business.google.com and choose Read reviews. Either route shows the same set, with the option to reply to each one.
Seeing reviews for a business you don't own
Anyone can read any business's reviews without signing in. Search the business on Google or Maps and open the reviews section of its profile. Sorting by Lowest is usually more informative than sorting by newest — it shows you the failure modes rather than the highlights.
What you can and can't see
| You want to see | Where | Possible? |
|---|---|---|
| Reviews you wrote | Maps → Your contributions → Reviews | Yes |
| Reviews about your business | Business Profile → Reviews | Yes |
| Who wrote a review | On the review itself | Yes — name and photo are public |
| A reviewer's email or contact details | — | No, Google never shares these |
| Reviews that were removed | — | No, removed reviews are not shown to you |
| Reviews on a profile you haven't verified | Public profile | Readable, but you can't reply |
Why a review you expected isn't there
Reviews go missing for a handful of reasons, and most are not sinister. Google states that reviews are checked against its policies before appearing, which can delay one by a few days, and that reviews are removed when they breach those policies. It also notes that recently merged Business Profiles can take a few days to show reviews from both, and that customers on older phones or an out-of-date Maps app sometimes have trouble posting at all.
The most common cause on the customer side remains the simplest: the review was posted from a different account, or against a different branch of the same business. If a specific review has vanished from your profile, we've covered the full diagnostic in why your Google reviews aren't showing.
Keeping on top of them
Checking your profile manually works until it doesn't. The problem isn't finding the reviews — it's noticing them quickly enough to reply while it still matters, particularly when you have more than one location or you're also collecting reviews on Facebook.
That's what Dinopix Reviews is for: every Google and Facebook review across all your locations in one inbox, sentiment analysed so the ones needing attention surface first, and AI-drafted replies so responding takes a minute rather than an afternoon.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I see all the Google reviews I have written?
Open Google Maps while signed in, go to the menu and select Your contributions, then open the Reviews tab. On the mobile app, tap your profile picture, then Your contributions, then Reviews. Every review you've posted is listed there with options to edit or delete it. If a review is missing, check you're signed in to the account you used to post it.
How do I see reviews of my own business on Google?
Sign in to the Google account that manages the business and search Google for your business name, or search "my business". The Business Profile management panel appears in the results — select Reviews. You can also go to business.google.com and choose Read reviews. Both show the same reviews with the option to reply.
Why can't I reply to my Google reviews?
Replying requires a verified Business Profile. If verification isn't complete, or you're signed in with an account that doesn't have manager access to the profile, the reply option won't be available. Check your access level first, then your verification status — an unverified profile can still collect reviews you can read but not answer.
Can I see who left a Google review?
Yes, to the extent that anyone can. Reviews display the reviewer's Google account name and profile photo publicly. Google never provides a reviewer's email address, phone number or any other contact detail, so if the name is unfamiliar you have no way to identify the customer through Google itself.
Can I see reviews that Google removed?
No. Removed reviews are not shown back to you, and Google does not provide a log of what was taken down or why. If you reported a review, the reporting tool shows a status for that specific report, but there is no general history of removals on your profile.
How do I see Google reviews for multiple locations?
A Business Profile with several locations can be managed from one account, and each location has its own review list. Switching between them manually gets impractical quickly, which is why multi-location businesses generally use a tool that aggregates every location's reviews into a single feed rather than checking each profile in turn.
