Why does my review count differ from Google or Facebook?

Only active listings are counted, platforms hide some reviews they consider spam before they ever reach us, and syncs run periodically, so a review left a few minutes ago may not have arrived yet.

Do replies I post directly on Google or Facebook count?

Yes. A reply you post on the platform itself is picked up when the review next syncs, so it shows as replied and counts towards your response rate.

How do I manage reviews for lots of locations?

Create location groups such as regions or sub-brands, then filter the review feed and the dashboard by group. Assign reviews to the person responsible so each one has an owner.

What does a listing mean for my plan?

A listing is one location on one platform, so the same shop on Google and Facebook is two listings. Only active listings count towards your plan, and deactivating one keeps its reviews.
