You request setup from inside Dinopix and we build and install a Shopify app for your store, then email you the credentials to paste in. No. Dinopix reads customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and order history, and never modifies your orders, products or customers. Products, inventory, discounts and payments are not read at all.
When an order is marked delivered, after the wait you choose. Only orders delivered after you switch requests on are asked, so past customers are never emailed in a batch, and nobody is asked more than once every 14 days.
Yes, on any Trustpilot plan, including Free. Add your Trustpilot invitation address and requests routed to Trustpilot go to Trustpilot, which sends the customer its own verified invitation. Dinopix counts invitations and stops at your monthly Trustpilot limit, because Trustpilot drops anything past it without telling anyone.
