Connecting Your WooCommerce Store

Sync WooCommerce customers and orders into the CRM, keep store staff out of your contacts, and run Woo alongside Shopify.

Connecting

  1. Go to Customers > CRM Settings > Connected sources
  2. Click Connect a source and choose WooCommerce store
  3. Enter your store URL
  4. Approve the connection in WordPress when prompted

WooCommerce shows you exactly which permissions Dinopix is requesting before you approve. We ask for read access to customers and orders only.

What Syncs

Customers, their contact details, and order history including totals, dates and statuses. As with Shopify, order statuses are mapped to a shared vocabulary so both stores read the same way in one CRM.

Store Staff Aren't Customers

Administrator and shop-manager accounts are skipped during sync, so your own staff logins won't appear as contacts.

Running Both Stores

You can connect a Shopify store and a WooCommerce store to the same business. Customers who exist in both are matched on email into a single contact, with orders from both stores on one timeline.
