Head Office Sees It All. Franchisees Reply.

One brand, many owners, one place for reviews.

In a franchise, a review of one outlet is a review of the brand. Dinopix gives head office a view across every franchisee, lets each franchisee answer their own customers, and keeps every reply in the brand's voice.

What franchise groups get

Network-wide visibility without taking replies away from the people who run each outlet.

Network View for Head Office

Rating and review count by state or region, from one dashboard.

Franchisees Reply Locally

Members handle their own outlet’s reviews; head office keeps oversight.

One Brand Voice

Tone, brand context and a never-say list shared by every AI draft.

Roles Enforced on the Server

What each person can do is checked on every request.

One Connection, Every Outlet

Sign in once and assign each location to the right business.

Groups or Businesses

Group outlets for reporting, or split them where rules must differ.

Who does what, enforced

Head office owns the account; franchisees join as members and work on their own outlet’s reviews. Permissions are checked in the database for every request, so a member can’t reach admin settings by guessing a URL.
  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Assign a review to the franchisee who should answer it
  • Watchers keep head office in the loop

The brand speaks with one voice

Head office sets the tone and the words the brand never uses. Every AI suggestion and auto-reply follows it, whoever presses send. How AI replies work.
  • Never-say phrases checked after every draft
  • Auto-reply rules by star rating
  • Copy a tuned policy to other businesses

Every outlet from one sign-in

Connect the Google account that manages the network’s profiles, and the locations it can see are listed together. Assign each outlet to the right business and group, and its reviews sync alongside the rest.
  • One Google sign-in for every profile
  • Facebook Pages found the same way
  • Merge duplicate listings for the same outlet

Frequently Asked Questions

Can franchisees reply to their own reviews?

Yes. Invite franchisees as members and they can do the day-to-day work: reply, assign and manage customers. Owners and admins at head office see every outlet, and roles are enforced on the server for every request, not just hidden in the interface.

How does head office keep replies on brand across the network?

Set the brand voice once: a tone, a short description of how the brand talks, and a never-say list. Every AI suggestion and auto-reply in that business follows it, and any draft containing a never-say phrase is rejected before anyone sees it.

Should each franchisee be a group or a separate business?

Use groups when outlets share a team, a brand voice and a bill and you only want to slice the reporting, for example by state. Use separate businesses when a franchisee needs different permissions, different connected accounts or different auto-reply rules. Groups are a reporting tool; businesses are a boundary.

Do we connect every outlet’s Google profile one by one?

No. Sign in to Google once with an account that owns or manages the profiles, and every location it can see is found. Then assign each one to the right business and, if you like, to a group.

Which plan suits a franchise network?

Scale includes 25 locations and a team, then charges per extra location. Agency covers several separate businesses from one account, each with unlimited locations. Enterprise is unlimited and adds the REST API, webhooks and an audit log of who changed what. See the pricing page for current prices.
