Connecting
- Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
- Click Connect Google
- Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile
- Approve access to your business locations
- Back on Platforms, assign a location to this business
Assigning Locations
If your Google account manages several locations, assign each one to the right business in Dinopix. Multi-site businesses can group locations together for combined reporting.
Replying
Replies written in Dinopix post to Google directly. AI suggestions work the same way they do for Facebook: pick a tone, review the draft, send.
Common Problems
- No locations appear: the Google account you signed in with doesn't manage the profile. Check you're an owner or manager in Google Business Profile.
- Reviews aren't updating: hit Sync on the connection and check for an error banner.
- A reply didn't post: Google occasionally rejects replies that breach its content policies. Rewrite and try again.
