No. Dinopix works with Judge.me’s own Free plan, so there is nothing to upgrade on the Judge.me side. On the Dinopix side, Judge.me is included on every paid plan, from Starter up.
No. Judge.me lets apps create replies but not edit or delete them, so once a reply is posted the review shows Change it in Judge.me instead. To change or remove a reply, use your Judge.me dashboard.
Judge.me does not tell apps whether a review already has a reply, so reviews you answered in Judge.me before connecting show as unanswered in Dinopix. Check your Judge.me dashboard before replying to older reviews.
Usually not. Judge.me can take a few minutes to process a new review before it sends it on, and Dinopix also checks for missed reviews on a regular schedule.
Each business connects one Judge.me store. If you run several stores as separate businesses in Dinopix, each can connect its own. To switch a business to a different store, disconnect the current one first.
