ProductReview.com.au does not offer a public API. Instead, each business in Dinopix gets its own inbox address. You add it to your listing as a notification recipient, and ProductReview sends new reviews, updated reviews and comments straight to Dinopix. There are no mailbox rules to set up.
No, because ProductReview has no API for posting replies. You draft the reply in Dinopix, with AI if you like, then Save & Copy and choose Reply on ProductReview to open the review and paste it. Your response stays saved against the review in Dinopix.
No, the inbox only captures reviews from the moment you add the address. Enter your current rating breakdown under baseline ratings, read off your public listing, and Dinopix includes it in your average so your score reflects every review.
Check that the Dinopix address is still in your listing’s notification recipients, that New Reviews is selected, and that it is the address for the right business. ProductReview may also ask the new recipient to verify. If so, email support@dinopix.ai with your business name and we will confirm it.
