The most you will ever pay for one more location is $4.

Yes, on Growth and above. Connecting a store syncs your customers and their order history into the CRM automatically, and keeps it up to date with live webhooks. WooCommerce connects in a click; for Shopify you request setup from inside Dinopix and we build the store app for you. You can connect both at once — customers who exist in each are matched by email into a single contact. Website forms and CSV imports are included too.
When an order is marked delivered, Dinopix can email that customer asking for a review, or send an NPS survey first and only ask your promoters. It's included on Scale, Agency and Enterprise. The CRM is where your customer data lives — contacts, companies, orders, cases and notes, kept up to date by your store sync, web forms and imports. That's included from Growth up. The automation add-on is what acts on that data: it sends the review request or NPS survey once an order is marked delivered. You can use the CRM without it; it just means you send review requests by hand.
