Yes. The notification bell works on every plan, including Free. Email alerts are a separate setting and are available from the Starter plan up. Turning email off never turns the bell off.
Yes. In Settings > Notifications you set the negative review threshold to 1, 2 or 3 stars, and switch the urgent negative-review email on or off, separately for each business.
Yes. Email alerts can go to verified recipients who are not Dinopix users, such as a store manager. Scheduled reports have their own recipient list, so a client or manager can get the report without every review alert.
Notifications follow what each role can see. The bell covers every business you belong to, so someone with access to more businesses, or a wider role, sees more.
On Scale, Agency and Enterprise, a weekly or monthly email with the rating, how many reviews and comments came in, how many were replied to and how quickly, what customers talked about, and any locations below the business average.
