Missing Facebook Pages

Why your Facebook pages may not appear after connecting, and the admin role and permission settings that usually fix it.

Common Reasons

  • You don't have admin/editor access: check your role in Meta Business Suite
  • It's a personal profile or group: only Facebook Pages are supported
  • The page was just created: new pages may take a few minutes to appear in Facebook's API
  • You didn't select the business: during Facebook's permission screen, make sure you selected the business that owns the page

How to Fix

  1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
  2. Click Refresh Pages to re-scan your Facebook account
  3. During the Facebook dialog, select "Opt in to all current and future Businesses"
  4. Complete the re-authentication
