What it is
The chat button in the bottom corner of the app answers questions about how Dinopix works. It reads this help centre and nothing else, which is a deliberate limit rather than a gap.
Why are my Google reviews not showing up?
The most common cause is that the Google location has not been assigned to a business yet. Open Platforms, then Google, and check each location has a business next to it.
What it can and cannot see
- It can see: every article published in this help centre.
- It cannot see: your reviews, your comments, your inbox, your contacts, your orders, or anything else in your account. It does not know your business name or your plan.
So it can tell you how baseline ratings work. It cannot tell you what your baseline rating is. For that, open the page it points you at.
Every answer names its sources
Answers end with links to the help articles they were built from, and those links open the real article. If an answer looks wrong, open the source and check. The assistant paraphrases, and a paraphrase can drift.
When it says it does not know
If nothing in the help centre covers your question, the assistant says so rather than guessing. That is the intended behaviour: a confident wrong instruction is worse than an honest gap. Those moments are recorded so the missing article can be written.
Rating an answer, and reaching a person
Thumbs up or thumbs down rates that answer, not the assistant. A thumbs down on an answer is how we find articles that are out of date or unclear, so it is worth using.
Contact a person is always visible. You never have to rate a bad answer before you can escalate. Raising a ticket sends the conversation with it, so you do not have to explain the problem twice.
What is kept
Conversations are stored against your account so support can see the context when you escalate, and so we can find questions the documentation answers badly. Nothing you type here is used to reply to your customers.
