Daniel has spent more than a decade in digital and ecommerce. He currently leads digital and ecommerce for a multi-location Australian retailer, where managing reviews across dozens of store locations is a daily operational problem rather than a theoretical one.
He has held senior digital roles across tax services, natural healthcare, online trading and business consulting, covering UX, SEO and digital strategy. Before moving into digital, he spent ten years at one of Australia’s big four banks in customer service, client-facing and sales roles, including eighteen months seconded to Vietnam as a sales and service coach team lead.
He built Dinopix Reviews to solve the review management problem he kept running into.
