Managing Platform Connections

Reconnect, refresh or disconnect a connected platform, and understand how Dinopix renews access tokens before they expire.

Connected Accounts

All platform connections are managed in Settings > Connected Accounts.

Refresh Pages

Click Refresh Pages to re-authenticate with Facebook. This discovers any new pages you've created and refreshes all tokens. Your existing page assignments are preserved.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect to remove your Facebook connection entirely. This deactivates all syncing but keeps your existing data.

Token Refresh

Facebook tokens expire after 60 days. Dinopix automatically refreshes them in the background. If automatic refresh fails, you'll receive an email asking you to click "Refresh Pages" to re-authenticate.
