Plans and Limits

Which features come with which plan, how the location limit is counted, and what happens when you reach it.

What each plan adds

Plans build on each other. Everything in a lower plan is in the ones above it.

  • Free. Sync reviews and comments, reply by hand, in-app notifications, the help assistant.
  • Starter. Adds brand voice and AI suggested replies, email notifications, full analytics and export.
  • Growth. Adds sentiment analysis and historical backfill, private replies, social listening, and the CRM including NPS.
  • Scale. Adds CRM email automation, custom reports and priority support.
  • Agency. Adds white labelling and client guest access, with unlimited locations.
  • Enterprise. Adds the REST API, webhooks and the audit log.

The current prices and inclusions are on the pricing page, which is the authority if this list and that page ever disagree.

How the location limit is counted

The cap counts active listings, per platform, for platforms that sync automatically. So:

  • Deactivated listings do not count.
  • Listings you added by hand do not count.
  • Google and Facebook are counted separately against the limit, not added together.
Listings

You have reached the location limit on your plan. Upgrade

Nothing is deleted at a cap. Deactivate a listing you are not using and the one you want becomes available.

What happens when you hit it

Adding is blocked and a banner points you at Billing. Nothing is deleted, nothing stops syncing, and no data is lost. If you need a different location rather than an extra one, deactivate one you are not using and the space frees up immediately.

Plans belong to the account, not the person

The plan is held by the account owner and every member inherits it. A teammate does not need their own subscription, and upgrading does not mean buying a seat for each person. Billing can be pointed at a different person from the owner if your finance team pays. See accounts and plan ownership.

When a feature is not on your plan

You see the feature with an explanation rather than a blank page or a silent failure, so you always know whether something is missing or broken. Data created on a higher plan is never deleted if you downgrade: it becomes read-only until you upgrade again.

Add-ons

Full CRM automation is a separate monthly add-on rather than part of a plan, because it is useful to businesses on several different tiers. It is managed in Billing alongside your plan.
