Allied health

Every Clinic. Every Client. One View.

For physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, podiatry and psychology practices.

Allied health groups often run several clinics and several services under one name, and only some of those services are regulated by Ahpra. Dinopix applies the testimonial safeguards business by business, measures client satisfaction per clinic, and shows which parts of the experience clients keep raising.

What allied health clinics get

Safeguards where your profession needs them, and the numbers a clinic group runs on.

Ahpra Setting per Business

Turn the safeguards on for regulated services and leave them off for the rest.

Results Stay Out of Replies

With the setting on, drafts never repeat a result, and drafts that do are held back.

NPS by Clinic

Survey clients, see the score per clinic, and follow up privately with low scorers.

Topics Across the Group

See whether booking, staff or parking draws complaints, on Growth and above.

Clinic Groups

Group clinics by region or service and filter everything by group.

Safeguards where your profession needs them

Physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, podiatry and psychology are regulated by Ahpra; some services you might run alongside them are not. Answer the Ahpra question for each business and the safeguards follow.
  • Set per business in Settings › Brand voice
  • Drafts thank the team, never the result
  • Every auto-reply waits for approval where it is on

Satisfaction between the reviews

Most clients never leave a review. An NPS survey shows how each clinic is really tracking, and gives anyone who scores low a private route back to your team. Surveys use the customer CRM.
  • Score by clinic and over time
  • A follow-up inbox for low scores
  • Never decides who gets asked for a review

What clients keep mentioning

Topics reads every review for what it is about, so you can see that booking and communication is slipping in one region before it shows in the rating.
  • Each topic carries its own tone
  • Flags topics drawing more complaints than before
  • Filter to one clinic or a group

Frequently Asked Questions

Our group has Ahpra-regulated and non-regulated services. Does the setting apply to everything?

No. The Ahpra question is answered per business, so a physiotherapy or podiatry business can have it on while a remedial massage business in the same account leaves it off. The safeguards then apply only where they are needed.

Clients often praise their results. Can we thank them for that?

Repeating or agreeing with a result in a public reply can turn the review into a testimonial in your advertising, which Ahpra does not allow for regulated health services. With the setting on, AI drafts thank the person for the team, the welcome or the booking experience instead, and drafts that still mention results are held back.

How do we measure client satisfaction between reviews?

Send an NPS survey and see your score by clinic and over time, with a follow-up inbox for anyone who scores low so a team member can contact them privately. Surveys use your CRM contacts, which are included from the Growth plan; shareable survey links and QR codes per clinic come with Surveys Pro.

Can we see what clients complain about across all our clinics?

Yes, on Growth and above. Topics counts what reviews talk about, such as staff and service, booking and communication, or location and parking, with each topic carrying its own tone, and flags a topic drawing more complaints than before. Filter it to one clinic or a group of clinics.

Will asking every client for a review break any rules?

Asking every client the same way is what the platforms expect. Choosing who to ask based on a survey score or how happy they seem is review gating, which Google and Trustpilot forbid, so Dinopix never does it. Low scores lead to a private follow-up, not a decision about who gets asked.
