Email & In-App Notifications

Configure when and how you receive notifications.

Notification Types

  • Email on new review/comment — receive an email when a new comment comes in via webhook
  • Email on negative review — urgent email for negative sentiment comments
  • In-app notifications — real-time notifications in the bell icon

Configuring

Go to Settings > Notifications to toggle each type on or off. You can also set the negative review threshold (1-3 stars).

Business Scoping

Notifications are scoped to the currently selected business. Switch businesses in the sidebar to see notifications for each one.

Email Deep Links
