How It Works
When you click "AI Suggest" on a comment or in the Inbox, AI reads the conversation context and your brand voice settings to draft a relevant reply.
Setting Up Brand Voice
- Go to Settings > AI & Brand Voice
- Select your preferred Tone of voice (Professional, Friendly, Casual, Formal, or Empathetic)
- Add Brand context — describe your brand personality, values, or specific instructions
- Click Save Brand Voice
Each business has its own brand voice, so replies match each brand's personality.

Tips
- The more specific your brand context, the better the AI suggestions will be
- Always review and edit AI suggestions before sending — they're drafts, not final responses
- The AI distinguishes between comments and reviews, adjusting its approach accordingly
