How AI generates reply suggestions using your brand voice settings.

How It Works

When you click "AI Suggest" on a comment or in the Inbox, AI reads the conversation context and your brand voice settings to draft a relevant reply.

Setting Up Brand Voice

  1. Go to Settings > AI & Brand Voice
  2. Select your preferred Tone of voice (Professional, Friendly, Casual, Formal, or Empathetic)
  3. Add Brand context — describe your brand personality, values, or specific instructions
  4. Click Save Brand Voice

Each business has its own brand voice, so replies match each brand's personality.

Tips

  • The more specific your brand context, the better the AI suggestions will be
  • Always review and edit AI suggestions before sending — they're drafts, not final responses
  • The AI distinguishes between comments and reviews, adjusting its approach accordingly
