Public Reply
On the Reviews & Comments page, click Reply under any comment. Your reply will be posted publicly on Facebook as a response from your page.
Private Reply
Click Reply Privately to send a private Messenger message to the commenter. This is useful for handling complaints or sharing sensitive information.
Private replies appear in your Inbox with a "Private Reply" badge.
AI Suggested Replies
Click AI Suggest to have AI draft a reply based on the comment content and your brand voice settings. You can edit the suggestion before sending.
Set your preferred tone in Settings > AI & Brand Voice.
"Good coffee but waited 20 minutes for a simple order."
Hiding Comments
Click Hide to hide a comment on Facebook. Hidden comments are only visible to the author and their friends. Click Unhide to make it visible again.
