What it records
The audit log keeps the governance-critical changes in your account: the things that would matter if someone asked "who did this and when". It is available on the Enterprise plan and is visible to owners and admins.

The categories
- Team & roles. Members invited, removed, and role changes.
- Plan. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
- Add-ons. Add-ons enabled or removed.
- Sources. Platforms and stores connected or disconnected.
- API keys. Keys created and revoked.
- Webhooks. Endpoints added, changed and removed.
- Businesses. Businesses created, renamed and deleted.
Each entry carries the action, a readable summary, who did it, and when. Filter by category with the tabs.
What it does not record
This is a configuration log, not an activity feed. Replying to a review, editing a contact or reading a report are not in it. If you want to know what happened to a customer, the activity timeline on their record is the right place. If you want to know who changed a permission, this is.
Exporting
The page shows the most recent 500 entries. Export CSV gives you the full record, which is what to attach to a compliance request or keep in your own archive.
You cannot edit it
Entries are written by the database as the change happens, not by the app afterwards, and there is no way to alter or delete one from the interface. That is what makes it worth anything as evidence.
