Support cannot look without asking
Dinopix support has no standing access to your data. When helping with something they cannot diagnose from the outside, they request access, and you get a request you can approve or deny in Settings, then Support access.
Waiting for your answer
support@dinopix.com.au asked for read-only access to help with: "Google reviews not appearing after reconnect".
Expires in 24 hours if you do nothing.
Approving never signs anyone in as you, and it never grants the ability to change anything.
What approving gives them
- Read-only. They can look. They cannot reply to a customer, change a setting, delete anything or send anything.
- Not a login as you. Approving never signs anyone in as your user. Actions taken by support are recorded as support, not as you.
- Time limited. Access lapses on its own after 24 hours. You do not have to remember to switch it off.
The 24-hour window is set on our servers, not in the page, so it cannot be widened by anyone including us.
The request itself
Each request shows who asked, the reason they gave, and when it expires. If the reason does not match a conversation you are actually having with support, deny it and contact us through the normal channel. A request is not proof of anything on its own.
Revoking early
An active grant can be revoked at any time from the same page, and it stops immediately. You never need to wait out the 24 hours.
The history
Every request is kept, whether you approved, denied, let it expire or revoked it, with times against each. That record is yours and does not get cleaned up. If your business has compliance obligations, this is the page that evidences who could see what and when.
If you would rather not approve
You never have to. Support can usually work from screenshots and a description, it just takes longer. For anything involving a sync that works for other customers and not for you, access is the difference between a same-day answer and a week of guessing.
