Troubleshooting

Customers or Orders Aren't Appearing

What to check when store data isn't reaching your CRM.

1. Check the Connection Status

Go to Customers > CRM Settings > Connected sources. A healthy source shows active and a recent "Last synced" time. An error badge shows the reason underneath.

2. Run a Manual Sync

Click Sync on the source. You'll get a banner telling you how many customers and orders came through, or a specific error if it failed.

3. Check Your Plan

The CRM requires Growth or above. On lower plans you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of the Customers page.

4. Missing Order History

If contacts appear but with fewer orders than expected, and the store is Shopify, you're almost certainly missing the read_all_orders scope — see Shopify troubleshooting.

5. Contacts Without Email Addresses

Dinopix matches customers on email. Guest checkouts and orders without an email can't be attached to a contact and won't create one.

6. Still Stuck

Contact support with your store URL and roughly when you connected it, and we'll check the sync logs from our side.

Wait, before you go!
