Common Causes
- API version deprecation — Facebook deprecates API versions after 2 years. Dinopix stays updated, but if you see this error, try again in a few minutes.
- Browser cache — try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window
- Facebook outage — check Downdetector for current Facebook status
- Permissions changed — if you recently changed your Facebook Page roles, permissions may need to propagate
How to Fix
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Refresh Pages
- If the error persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting
