What the dashboard shows

The dashboard is the summary for the business you are currently viewing, across every platform you have connected. Switch business in the top bar and every number on the page changes with it.

The four headline numbers

• Average Rating. Every rated review across every connected platform, weighted equally. A 5-star Google review and a 5-star Facebook recommendation count the same. If you have entered baseline ratings for ProductReview or Trustpilot, those are included too.
• Reviews & Comments. The total of both, with the split underneath. Comments are social comments on your posts, which have no star rating, so they affect this number but not your average.
• This Month. New items received since the first of the month, with the change against the same count last month. Early in a month this will almost always look negative, because it compares a partial month against a full one.
• Response Rate. The share of items that have a reply recorded. A reply you posted directly on Facebook or Google still counts once it syncs back, so this is not only replies sent from Dinopix.

Platform Breakdown and By group

Platform Breakdown splits the same totals per platform, which is the quickest way to see that one channel is dragging your average down. By group does the same for your location groups, and only appears once you have created at least one group.

Recent Activity

The newest reviews and comments across the business, newest first. This is a shortcut, not a filter: use Reviews for anything you want to search, sort or work through properly.

Why the numbers can differ from the platform

• Only active listings count. A deactivated listing stops syncing and drops out of these totals. See Listings.
• Platforms hide some reviews. Google and Facebook both filter content they consider spam, and a review hidden at the source never reaches us.
• Syncs are periodic, not instant. A review left five minutes ago may not be here yet.
• Star-only ratings. Google reviews with no text still count in your average and in the totals.
