One place, one platform, one listing
A listing is a single business location on a single platform. Your Sydney shop on Google and the same shop on Facebook are two listings, not one. That is why the count here is often higher than the number of shops you run.
If two listings really are the same physical place, you can join them so they report as one. See merging listings.
Listings
Groups (3)AddOnly active listings sync and only active listings count towards your plan.
Active and inactive
Only active listings sync, appear in your totals, and count towards your plan. Deactivating a listing stops it syncing and stops it being billed. Nothing is deleted: the reviews already imported stay, and reactivating picks up where it left off.
This is the control to use for a seasonal site or a location you have closed. Deleting a listing removes it and its link to the platform, which is rarely what you want.
How the plan limit is applied
The cap counts active listings, per platform, and only for platforms that sync automatically. Ten active Google listings and ten active Facebook listings are counted separately against the limit, and listings you typed in by hand do not consume it.
When you hit the cap, Add is blocked and a banner points at Billing. Nothing already imported is touched.
You have reached the location limit on your plan. Upgrade
Nothing is deleted at a cap. Deactivate a listing you are not using and the one you want becomes available.
Filtering and finding
The search box matches name, address and city. The platform filter narrows to Google, Facebook or Instagram. With more than a handful of sites, create groups and filter by those instead.
