Two ways in
Open Listings and press Add. You can either pull locations in from a platform you have already connected, or enter one yourself.
Importing from a connected platform
This is the option to use whenever it is available, because an imported listing is linked to the platform and will sync reviews. Facebook pages come in when you connect Facebook and are then assigned to a business; Google locations come in from your Google Business Profile.
If a location you expect is missing, the problem is almost always on the platform side. See missing Facebook pages or connecting Google Business Profile.
Adding one by hand
Choose Add manually and fill in the location name, phone, street address, city, state, country and postal code. Only the name is really needed, but a full address makes matching and reporting better later.
A manual listing is a record of a place, not a connection. It does not sync reviews, because there is nothing to sync from. Use it for:
- A site whose platform Dinopix cannot read automatically.
- Somewhere you want to record and group before the platform listing exists.
- Holding baseline figures for a platform that only forwards new reviews by email.
Manual listings do not count towards the plan limit, for exactly this reason.
After adding
- Put it in a group if you use them.
- Check whether it duplicates an existing listing for the same place, and merge if so.
- For ProductReview or Trustpilot, enter your baseline ratings so your average is not skewed.
