Grouping Listings by Region or Brand

Create groups such as NSW or a sub-brand, then filter and report by group across the dashboard and Reputation.

Why group

Once you have more than a handful of listings, the useful question stops being "how are we doing" and becomes "how is Queensland doing" or "how is the second brand doing". Groups answer that without needing a separate business for each one.

Location groups

Organise listings into regions, areas or brands, then filter and report by group across the app.

Creating and managing groups

On Listings, press Groups. Type a name and press Add group. Names are yours to choose: regions such as QLD, formats such as Drive-through, or sub-brands such as Wine Racks all work.

Each group shows how many listings it holds. Rename with the pencil, delete with the bin.

Deleting a group is safe

Deleting a group removes only the grouping. Its listings become ungrouped, and your listings, reviews and data are untouched. You are asked to type the group name to confirm, which is protection against a stray click rather than a warning of danger.

Assigning listings

Set the group on each listing from the listings table. A listing belongs to one group or none, shown as No group.

Where groups appear

  • Dashboard. A By group panel with average rating and review count per group, once at least one group exists.
  • Reputation. A group selector that filters both the public review average and NPS.
  • Listings. Filtering the table itself.

Groups or separate businesses?

Use groups when the locations share a team, a brand voice and a bill, and you only want to slice the reporting. Use separate businesses when they need different permissions, different connected accounts or different auto-reply rules. Groups are a reporting tool; businesses are a boundary.
