Export Options
Click the Export button on the Analytics page to choose:
- CSV — raw data with all reviews/comments, including date, author, platform, text, sentiment, rating, and reply status. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
- PDF — formatted summary report with key metrics, rating distribution, sentiment breakdown, platform comparison, and AI insights. Includes your business logo if uploaded.
Exports respect the currently selected date range filter.
