One Contact Per Person
Contacts are deduplicated by email address. If the same customer orders through Shopify, fills in your contact form and later leaves a Google review, they stay a single contact with one combined history — not three records.
Multiple Emails and Phone Numbers
People change addresses and order from work as well as home. A contact can hold several emails and phone numbers, with one marked primary. Any of them will match on future syncs, so a customer using a second address doesn't create a duplicate.
Companies
Where a contact has a company on their billing address, Dinopix creates or matches a company record and links them. The company page rolls up every contact, order and case for that business — useful for wholesale and B2B customers where several people order under one account.
You can also link a contact to a company manually from the contact page.
Owners
Each contact and company can have an owner — the teammate responsible for the relationship. Filter the Customers list by owner to see just yours.
Finding People
The Customers list supports search, sorting on any column, saved views and filters for source, owner, tags and whether the contact has orders. Columns are configurable and reorderable, and your layout is remembered per business.
