What the Customer CRM Does

How contacts, companies, orders and cases fit together — and why it makes replying easier.

The Idea

A review on its own is just a comment from a stranger. The same review next to that person's order history is a conversation you can actually have. The Dinopix CRM exists to give every reply that context.

The Four Records

  • Contacts — individual people, deduplicated by email address
  • Companies — businesses those people belong to, with orders rolled up across every contact
  • Orders — what someone bought, when, for how much and at which location
  • Cases — enquiries and issues with their own lifecycle (New → In progress → Resolved → Closed)

Where the Data Comes From

Contacts and orders arrive automatically from your connected Shopify or WooCommerce store, from website forms, from a CSV import, or you can add them by hand.

Linking Reviews to People

When a review or message arrives, Dinopix looks for a matching contact by email or name. Linked feedback appears on the contact's activity timeline, so you can see that the person leaving a two-star review has spent $400 with you over six months — before you write back.

Which Plans Include It

The CRM is available on Growth and above. Automated review requests and NPS surveys are a separate add-on, bundled free on Scale, Agency and Enterprise.
