What It Does
Point your website's contact or enquiry form at Dinopix and every submission becomes a contact plus a case, ready to be assigned and answered — instead of an email that gets lost in an inbox.
Setting It Up
- Go to Customers > CRM Settings > Connected sources
- Click Connect a source and choose Website forms
- Name the form so you can tell submissions apart later
- Point your form at the endpoint Dinopix gives you
Routing
Each form can route its submissions — assign them to a particular teammate or location automatically, so enquiries land with the right person without anyone triaging them first.
Spam
Public forms attract bots. Dinopix filters obvious spam server-side before it reaches your CRM — see spam quarantine for how to review what was caught.
Matching to Existing Customers
If the email on a submission matches an existing contact, the enquiry attaches to that person rather than creating a new record — so you can see they've ordered from you before while you're reading their question.
