Form Spam & Quarantine

How bot submissions are filtered, and how to review what was caught.

Automatic Filtering

Every web form submission is checked server-side before it reaches your CRM. Dinopix uses a hidden honeypot field that real people never fill in, plus heuristics on the content itself, to identify bot traffic.

Quarantine, Not Deletion

Suspected spam is quarantined rather than discarded, so a false positive is recoverable. Review what's been caught in Customers > CRM Settings.

Restoring a Real Enquiry

If something legitimate was caught, restore it from the quarantine list and it becomes a normal contact and case.

Automatic Cleanup

Quarantined submissions are purged automatically after 30 days, so the list doesn't grow forever.

Reducing Spam at the Source

Keep the honeypot field in your form markup exactly as provided — removing or renaming it disables the cheapest and most reliable filter.
