The First Sync
When you connect a store, Dinopix does a one-time backfill of your existing customers and orders. Large stores are paginated and may take a few minutes — you can keep working while it runs.
Live Updates
Dinopix registers webhooks on your store for order and customer events. When an order is placed or updated, or a customer's details change, the CRM updates within seconds — no waiting for a scheduled sync.
You can watch this happening in the webhook activity panel on the connection, which shows deliveries as they arrive.
Manual Sync
Every connected source has a Sync button. Use it after changing scopes, or if you suspect something was missed. It's safe to run as often as you like — records are matched, not duplicated.
The 60-Day Limit
Shopify's standard read_orders permission only exposes the last 60 days of orders. Full history requires read_all_orders. If your customers imported with fewer orders than you expected, this is almost always why — grant the extra scope and run a sync.
What Isn't Synced
Products, inventory, discounts and payment details are not read. Dinopix only needs customers and orders.
