What You Get
Once connected, your Shopify customers and their order history flow into the Dinopix CRM automatically, and stay up to date as new orders come in.
Connecting
- Go to Customers > CRM Settings > Connected sources
- Click Connect a source and choose Shopify store
- Enter your store domain (e.g.
your-store.myshopify.com) - Approve the permissions on Shopify's screen
You'll be returned to Dinopix with the store connected, and the first sync starts immediately.
Connecting With a Custom App Token
If you'd rather not use the one-click flow, you can create a custom app inside your own Shopify admin and paste its token instead:
- In Shopify: Settings > Apps and sales channels > Develop apps
- Create an app, then under Admin API scopes grant
read_customers,read_ordersandread_all_orders - Approve access to protected customer data when prompted
- Install the app and copy the Admin API access token (it starts
shpat_) - Paste it into Dinopix's Shopify connect dialog
Grant read_all_orders as well as read_orders. Without it Shopify only returns the last 60 days of orders, and your customers will import with truncated history.
What Dinopix Reads
Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and order history — read only. Dinopix never modifies your orders, products or customers, and never uses the data for marketing.
