Where Orders Come From
Orders sync automatically from a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. You can also import them from CSV or add one by hand from a contact's profile.
What's Stored
- Order number, date and total
- Status — see how statuses are normalised
- Line items, where the source provides them
- Location, for multi-site businesses
- Delivery timestamp, which is what review requests trigger on
Editing an Order
Open a contact, click Orders, and you can edit line items, prices, the total, order number, date, status and location. Manual edits don't get overwritten by a later sync of a different order.
Lifetime Value
The Customers list shows an order count and total value per contact, and company pages roll the same figures up across all their people. Totals are shown in one display currency — there's no automatic FX conversion, so orders in other currencies are flagged rather than silently converted.
Order Notes
Each order carries its own notes, separate from contact notes — handy for recording a replacement shipment or a partial refund without cluttering the customer's main timeline.
