Deleting Specific Page Data

To remove data for specific Facebook pages without disconnecting entirely:

1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
2. Click Manage Page Assignments
3. Set the pages you want to remove to "Unassigned"
4. Click Save Assignments
5. Choose Delete data to permanently remove listings, reviews, and comments for those pages

Disconnecting Facebook

To disconnect your entire Facebook connection:

1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
2. Click Disconnect
3. This deactivates all syncing and removes page assignments
4. Your previously synced reviews and comments are kept unless you choose to delete them

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your Dinopix Reviews account and all associated data:

1. Contact us via our contact form with subject "Dinopix Reviews Support"
2. Request account deletion in your message
3. We will process the deletion within 30 days
4. All data including reviews, comments, conversations, analytics, and settings will be permanently removed

What Gets Deleted

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• All business profiles and settings
• All synced reviews, comments, and conversation history
• All platform connections and OAuth tokens
• Notification history and preferences
• AI sentiment analysis results and cached insights
• Uploaded logos and assets

Note: Deleting data from Dinopix Reviews does not delete the original comments or reviews on Facebook/Instagram. Those remain on the respective platforms.
