What it is for
Every other page in Dinopix is scoped to one business. My Work is not. It gathers everything assigned to you across every business you belong to, so an agency or a multi-brand operator has one place to start the day.

Tasks 1
What appears
- Mentioned. Notes where a teammate used your name with an @.
- Cases. Open enquiries and complaints assigned to you.
- Tasks. Follow-ups with a due date. Overdue ones are marked in red and counted in the header.
- Reviews. Reviews assigned to you to answer.
- Messages. Inbox conversations assigned to you.
Items you watch rather than own appear too, marked as watched. See assigning work and watchers.
Filtering and sorting
The tabs across the top narrow to one type. If you belong to more than one business, a selector lets you narrow to one of them. Sorting offers:
- Most pressing. Due dates first, overdue at the top. The default, and the right one most days.
- Recently added. Newest first, for catching up after time away.
- By business. Grouped, for working one client at a time.
Working through it
Tasks can be ticked complete straight from the list. Everything else opens the item itself, and clicking through switches you to the right business automatically, so you do not have to remember which one it belongs to.
An empty list
"You are all clear" means nothing is assigned to you. It does not mean there is nothing to do: unassigned work sits on the Reviews, Inbox and Customers pages until someone picks it up. If your team relies on My Work, get into the habit of assigning rather than leaving items loose.
