Sell the Car. Keep the Service Customer.

Reviews for showrooms and workshops across every site.

Buyers read reviews for weeks before they visit a showroom, and a workshop's reviews follow every service booking after that. Dinopix tracks sales and service listings for each site side by side, shows which topics are dragging a rating down, and asks every customer for a review once their job is done.

What dealers and workshops get

A view of every showroom and service centre, and a steady flow of new reviews.

Sales and Service, Separately

Each Google listing tracked on its own, so the workshop and the showroom are judged apart.

Topics Behind the Rating

See whether wait times, staff or price are behind low scores, and spot a rising complaint.

Requests After Every Job

Mark a job delivered and the customer is emailed a review link for that site.

Sites Ranked, Lowest First

Every location with its trend and how many places it moved, so the weak one is obvious.

Urgent Negative Alerts

An email to the service manager when a review falls at or below your negative rating.

Find out what the workshop is doing wrong

A 2-star service review rarely says just one thing. Topics split each review into what it mentions and the tone of each part, so you can see whether it is the wait, the price or the people.
  • Positive and negative split for each topic
  • A flag when a topic draws more complaints
  • One click to the reviews behind any number

Ask after every service, the same way

Call the record a service job, mark it delivered when the car goes home, and the review request follows after the wait you set. How the customer CRM works.
  • A review link per site, so it lands on the right listing
  • Import jobs from a spreadsheet export
  • Every customer asked, whatever they might say

Every site ranked, every week

With several showrooms and workshops, the one that needs help is easy to miss. The location ranking lists every site lowest first, with its trend and how far it moved.
  • Ratings for each listing across the period
  • Group sites by region or brand
  • Compare every business you manage in one table

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Dinopix connect to our dealer management system?

No. Dinopix does not connect to dealer management systems. Instead, import customers and service jobs from a spreadsheet export, matched on email, and choose which location they belong to during the upload. You can also add a job by hand from a customer’s profile.

Our sales and service departments have separate Google listings. Can we keep them apart?

Yes. Each listing is tracked on its own, so sales and service reviews can be filtered separately, compared in the location ranking, and grouped by site. A slow week in the workshop will not hide inside the showroom’s rating.

How do we ask for a review after a service?

Mark the job delivered and Dinopix can email that customer after the wait you choose, with the review link for that site. Every customer is asked the same way, whatever you expect them to say. You can also send a request by hand from any customer’s profile.

How do we find out what service customers are unhappy about?

Topics group what customers mention, such as staff, wait times, and price and value, each with its own positive and negative split. A topic that is drawing more complaints than before is flagged, and one click shows the reviews behind it. Topics are on Growth and above.

Which plan suits a dealer group?

Growth covers up to 5 locations with the customer CRM and topics, and automated review requests are an add-on. Scale includes 25 locations, then bills each extra location, with review requests built in.
