Exporting Reports

Export your reviews and analytics as a CSV or PDF report, and narrow what it covers with filters before you download it.

Export Options

Click the Export button on the Analytics page to choose:

CSV: raw data with all reviews/comments, including date, author, platform, text, sentiment, rating, and reply status. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
PDF: formatted summary report with key metrics, rating distribution, sentiment breakdown, platform comparison, and AI insights. Includes your business logo if uploaded.

Exports respect the currently selected date range filter.
